Here's my next one folks! My nightly routine for myself and niece. Here's how I made it and I hope you can find use out of it. Once again, roller bottle blends are easy enough to customize to any use and any oils. Enjoy!
10 ml. Roller Bottle (2% dilution)
2 dropsVetiver
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Frankincense
Top off Fractionated Coconut Oil
Some essential oils you can rotate in a sleepy time blend is cedarwood, bergamot, and sandalwood in addition to the essential oils used in this blend.
Roller Bottles are great for kids and they love to use them too. My niece ALWAYS likes to oil up before bedtime.
